PH | 5~6 |
Storage Condition | 贮存温度5~30℃,保质期6个月。 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties This product is a particulate acrylate emulsion with small latex size, moderate molecular weight, good permeability and adhesion. The leather treated with this solution is soft, elastic and has no loose surface. |
Use | Use for wet and dry filling of loose leather. Before use, adjust the pH value to about 7.0 with ammonia water, and then dilute with water. After homogenisation, coat with a brush or wet fill with a rotating drum. After treatment, the leather is soft, full and elastic. |
Caution | Low irritancy. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and wounds. If accidentally touched, rinse with plenty of water. |
Add a certain amount of pure water into the reactor, add 21kg sodium dioctyl succinate as the emulsifier under stirring, add 1.2kg white carving powder as the reducing agent after the lotion is made, heat it to 80 ℃, start to add the first layer of mixed monomer (220kg methyl methacrylate, 7kg butyl acrylate), then add 0.34kg n-octyl mercaptan, 0.23kg diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide. After reacting at 80 ° C for 10 minutes, the second layer of mixed monomers (325kg of butyl acrylate, 75kg of styrene, 4kg of propyl methacrylate, and 3kg of diethylene glycol diacrylate) was added dropwise. After dropwise addition, 0.5kg of diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide was added. The above components are dripped for 20 minutes, and after dripping, they are kept warm for 40 minutes. Then, the third layer of mixed monomers (methyl methacrylate 1000kg, butyl acrylate 70kg), 4.0kg n-octyl mercaptan, and 1.4kg hydrogen peroxide diisopropylbenzene are added dropwise. The drip is completed within 20 minutes. After dripping, keep it warm for 40 minutes, then heat it up to 95 ℃ and keep it warm for 1 hour to obtain the finished product.
